Authorized Fuji Clean Dealer · Statewide

Is your lot a Fuji Clean lot?

Charleston soil is sandy, soggy, and marsh-edged. When a conventional septic won't pass DHEC, a Fuji Clean advanced treatment unit usually will: cleaner water, a fraction of the footprint. We're South Carolina's authorized dealer, and we sell statewide, from the Lowcountry to the Upstate.

One buried tank, four quiet steps. Follow the water from your house to the marsh. Cleaner water, easier approvals near the marsh
Cutaway illustration of a Lowcountry lot: wastewater flows from a two-story home through the four chambers of a buried Fuji Clean tank, then out to a compact gravel drain field that disperses treated water into the soil near the salt marsh
1

Sedimentation

Solids settle to the bottom of the first chamber while anaerobic bacteria begin the treatment process.

2

Aerobic contact

Air from the whisper-quiet blower feeds beneficial bacteria on the contact media as they break down organic matter.

3

Clarification

Suspended particles separate out and stay behind as the treated water clears.

4

Final polishing

Clarified water gets a last polish in the final chamber before it leaves the tank.

5

Compact drain field

Treated water disperses evenly through a small drain field, a fraction of a conventional footprint: the yard you keep.

Completed Fuji Clean system with access risers brought to grade A finished install: lids at grade, yard intact
Tight or small lot, no room for a conventional drain field
High water table, soggy, low-lying, or coastal ground
Near the marsh or water, stricter setbacks and discharge rules

Any of these sound like your property? Fuji Clean is likely your answer, and we sell and install it ourselves.

Why Lowcountry Septic

The septic company Charleston recommends by name.

This is what a Charleston septic company ought to look like. We answer the phone, walk the property with you, write an honest estimate before the backhoe arrives, and do the work ourselves, no call centers, no dispatched subcontractors, no surprises mid-dig.

01

Owner on every job

The name on the truck is the same name doing the work. Not a dispatched subcontractor you'll never see again.

02

DHEC-spec, always

Every install and repair meets South Carolina DHEC standards, fully documented for your records, warranty, and future resale.

03

Written estimates

A clear scope and price before we dig. If something changes onsite, you hear about it before the cost does.

What it actually costs in Charleston.

Most septic companies refuse to put pricing on a website. We will. Every job is quoted before we dig, these are the realistic ranges Lowcountry homeowners can expect to see on our written estimate.

A working list of what Charleston jobs cost in 2026, published, not buried.

Routine pump-out
$300–$525
Standard 1,000–1,500 gallon residential tank. Includes inspection, level reading, and disposal fees.
Inspection & report
$275–$425
Full system inspection with written report. Required for most home sales and refinancing.
Drain-field repair
$1,800–$5,500
Range depends on field size and lot conditions. Often a fraction of a full replacement.
Fuji Clean
Advanced treatment install
$15K–$28K
Lot-condition dependent: soil, water table, permitting complexity. The right call for most marshfront and high-water-table lots.

Common Questions

Straight answers.

If it's not here, call us, we'd rather talk it through than type it out.

Call (843) 410-7949

How often should I have my tank pumped?

For most Lowcountry households, every 3–5 years. Tank size, household size, and water usage all shift that. We'll look at your setup and recommend an interval that fits how you actually live.

What are signs my system is failing?

Slow drains. Gurgling pipes. Sewage smell near the yard. Soggy spots or unusually green grass over the drain field. If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait, call.

What is a Fuji Clean system, and is it right for me?

A compact advanced treatment unit, about 75% smaller than traditional systems per manufacturer spec. Ideal for tight lots, high water tables, and parcels near marshes or waterways. We're the SC authorized dealer.

Do you offer emergency service?

Yes. Backups and overflows don't wait for business hours. We take after-hours and weekend calls and respond as fast as we can, often same-day in-county.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, SC-licensed contractor and fully insured. We'll send proof of both with your written estimate, every time.

Get In Touch

Tell us about the job.

Estimates are free. We'll follow up within one business day, often same-day, and walk the property with you before anything gets quoted.
